1. Start with a message, Idea, story that you really want to share with other people. Idea is everything. For instance the reason I am writing this article is assist those who have ideas in their hearts and mind but may be facing the challenges of putting their thoughts in print in succinct and organized manner. 2. You must be an expert on your subject. You must know at least 10 words for every word you write. For instance, if you write on success, you must already be successful. If you write on money, you must already be rich. If you write on relationships, at least you must already be married.

3. Define your target market. Exactly who are you writing for? Are you writing for career people? Is your writing targeting children? Are you targeting business people? You must define your target market. You must also make sure that your target market is large enough, containing about 100,000 to 100,000,000 potential readers. Over 6 billion people visit the internet daily.

4. Buy, read, find out everything you can about other authors, books or articles dealing with the same subject. Make sure your material is different and better in at least three ways.

5. Gather all information that you will need to write your article or your book. For instance my area of expertise is motivating and inspiring people, so I read every inspirational book that I can lay my hands on so that I can be better educated in my field. I read book written by people empowering people all around the world. People like Robert T. Kiyosaki, mark victor Hansen, Anthony Robbins, Robert G. Allen and all other motivational speakers all around the globe.

6. Organize your material into paragraphs following a logical order from the beginning to the end.

7. Write every key point in each paragraph or chapters in your writing pad.

8. Organize your points from number one through the closing part of the chapter. For every chapter until you have a separate pull quotes for all key ideas.

9. Do your editing professionally may be up to five times to make sure your work is error free.

10. Always play a gentle music in the background. Best all my ideas come when I listen to
inspirational songs. You may get headphones and listen to classical music while you work. Music makes you more alert, creative and fluent.
