What is the real secret of success? How do you know if you are reaching your goals? How do you get from where you are to where you are going? What are the essential ingredients of success you need to make you dream happen? First, you need to have a clear vision. What do you see yourself doing? What kind of solution do you see yourself providing for people? For instance my own vision is to see millions of people all around the world get in torch with positive beliefs and values needed to follow God-given dreams, so, when I see somebody following his or her dream as a result of the little value I am able to add to such life, I find a lot of fulfillment because that is the reason why I exist and I have been doing this for years now. What is your vision? I encourage you to take a pen and a paper and write it down.

Another great secret of success is to get great ideas that can help a lot of people. Ideas are seeds of fortune which could break all financial stagnation in your life. MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, APPLE, AMAZON etc; these are great ideas birthed from the minds of people and the solution of which these ideas is providing for humanity is in no small measure. If you can just position yourself for great ideas, millions of them will rush through your mind as you meditate and make research concerning your dream and vision. As soon as the right ideas come, guide them jealously until they take firm root in you. Your idea will lead you to what to do and how to go about any undertaking you picture in your mind per time.
To be highly successful, you also need a plan. Planning involves mapping out the necessary steps to take towards translating you dreams into reality. Planning bring order in the process of achieving your dreams. But at this stage, you begin to explore for all the opportunities around you to make your dreams happen and also to take care of unforeseen future problems.


To be successful in your business and career, you need focus. Success does not come on the platter of gold. Circumstances will arise to quench the fire and the zeal in you in the process of achieving your dreams but you have to be focused and resolute in your belief concerning your vision. Being focused also involves murdering all other options no matter how promising they are in order for you to pursue your real vision because I have come to discover that the best way to break your focus is to have many focus and until you focus your focus, you can never be a focus!

A burning desire or passion is also required to achieve your dreams. This involves giving your dream all your heart. In his book, Think and grow rich written by Napoleon Hill. In the first chapter of the book this author hammered seriously on the power of a burning desire in creating wealth. Having a strong passion or burning desire will propel you into transmuting your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual strength into achieving that dream you believed in.

Last but not the least is to give your self to continual learning. The world is already skyrocketing. Do something everyday like learning new skill in your field. Learn something new about your area of interest everyday and apply the things you learn into your life because without action nothing moves and the world only flock to solution providers!
